Clean and hip new hotel with excellent and polite staff. Fine room and cool in our sheet. Absolutely perfect location, close to Santa Monica, the airport, stores, restaurants, and Los Angeles. Near everything. I hope this helps!

Breakfast is so poor, coffee is always run out of it, fruit is always not supplied.

The staff was friendly.

There wasn't any conditioner, lotion or a blow dryer in the room. The fire alarm went off with no explanation. The shower had several hairballs from a previous guest. The carpet throughout the entire hotel was very dirty with trash. It looked as though it had been several months since the last vacuum. I will definitely not stay here again.

The location here is great, just a short walk to a grocery store, and there is a cozy bakery nearby for tea or coffee.

In the room we stayed in, there was a microwave🍿, a fridge, and a coffee/tea setup☕. It also had a bathtub for a relaxing bath🛁.

I booked a room with my children for one night and had a fairly nice stay. The staff was nice, kept everything fairly clean and great. The location was marvelous and lovely - just walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go. I loved being there.

Very poor satff. Did not want clean the room even due they gave me credit for it. Changing bed on me. Did not accept responsibility for booking. No breakfast as the promised. Had to wait for manager go to market for buying some food. Very nasty manager(timity) and he ask me to check out when I asked him about cleaning the Room.I am cancer patient and he said he does not care and he wants me to leave and I was ready to police on him and the property. Thank god I find another hotel.I will never recomond this hotel to any body.

New building, we enjoyed newly remodelled and large rooms. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Besides, the location was favourable and unbeatable for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Candy Cane Lane. The staff was excellent and polite and always on disposal.

My 3-night stay here was really nice. The rooms I stayed in seemed to have been recently fixed up, and that was great. The staff members were all super friendly and willing to lend a hand. 😊

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a shower and hairdryers. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was ideal. It was a nice experience overall. El Pollo Loco was easily accessible and a good dining option nearby.

Our room was not customer ready,we didn't have some things we didn't have any towels there was Know iron in the room to iron our clothes.Our room was supposed to be a non-smoking room on the floor we were on there was Smoke throughout the hallway and inside of our room the chair had cigarette burn marks on it. The curtains were stained with some kind of Soiled Stain markings they were VERY dirty there were stains on the carpet.And the drawers were all scraped up with paint missing from the inside and out.

It's was clean.

The fact that I sent an signed an authorization letter for payment so the my girl can check in without me being there only to discover they lost the letter and refused the 2nd night of our stay!!!!!! So upset my girl broke up with me and I was not granted a refund for your mistake!

Everything was great. Thoroughly enjoyed our really nice stay. - the hotel was in a super location very close to a good area and Los Angeles, California and a grocery store. - Dined at Sushi Ichiban Kan, it was at a medium distance from the venue.

The fact could cook in room if desired and dishes, etc were available.

breakfast items and coffee were picked over and in short supply before time ended.
